Rao Bahadur stars Deepa Thomas as the female lead. The supporting cast includes Vikas Muppala, Master Kiran, Bala Parasar, and others. The film is produced by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy, Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra, and Eshwran Vijayaraghavan, with music composed by Smaran Sai.
