The much-talked-about Rao Bahadur, which marked the reunion of actor Satyadev and writer-director Venkatesh Maha, is finally set for its OTT premiere. The psychological thriller will begin streaming on Netflix from July 31, 2026.
The surprise, however, is that the film will not be limited to its original Telugu version. Along with Telugu, Rao Bahadur will also stream in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, allowing it to reach a much wider audience across the country.
Released in theatres last month, Rao Bahadur received positive reviews for its storytelling and performances. The film also generated considerable discussion on social media, helping it stay in the spotlight well beyond its theatrical run. It now remains to be seen how the psychological thriller performs on OTT.
Deepa Thomas plays the female lead, while Vikas Muppala, Bala Parasar, Anand Bharathi, Pranay Vaka, Kunal Kaushik, and Master Kiran appear in key roles. The film is produced by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy, Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra, and Eshwran Vijayaraghavan, with music composed by Smaran Sai.
