Rashmika Mandanna has revealed the reason behind signing Ranabaali. Speaking about the film, the actress said that she agreed to be part of the project mainly because of director Rahul Sankrityan.
Rashmika added that she had wanted to work with Rahul for a very long time and did not want to miss the opportunity as Rahul is a very sensible director.
The actress further said that when she came to know Vijay Deverakonda was playing the lead role, she immediately gave her nod to the film.
Rashmika shared that it had been a long time since she and Vijay worked together on a movie set, making the project even more special.
She also praised her character Jayamma, saying it is a well-written role with strong emotional depth and will connect well with audiences.
