The horror thriller Love Me, starring Ashish and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, will hit the big screens on May 25. Generally, producers tend to release films on Friday, but the makers of Love Me chose Saturday as the release day. The movie was supposed to come out on April 25 but was postponed at the last minute.

In a recent interview, the protagonist cited the delay in VFX work as one of the reasons for the postponement. Despite postponing the release by a month, the works are still happening, and the makers are racing against time to send the prints on time. Ashish revealed that they shot a few additional scenes upon Dil Raju’s suggestion, which is another reason for deferring the release.

Ashish also stated that the political fever in Andhra Pradesh and the IPL mania also made them push back the release date. However, Ashish is confident that they will grab attention with the promotions and pull audiences to the theatres. After Tillu Square, Tollywood is yet to score a hit, and we need to see if Love Me can attract movie lovers.
