Sensational director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who delivered PAN-India blockbusters like Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh and Animal, is presenting the new youthful entertainer Romanchakam. Passionate producer Pranay Reddy Vanga, who has been backing films directed by his brother Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is producing the project under the Bhadrakali Pictures banner.
Sumanth Prabhas and Ananthika Sanilkumar play the lead roles, while debutant Venugopal Reddy is directing the film. Today, the makers launched the theatrical trailer, which promises a neat rom-com laced with love, comedy and a few thrilling moments. The protagonist runs a startup that provides a dating app service, and as part of his research, he falls in love with the female lead, who hails from Chennai.
More than the story, the trailer hints at a vibe-filled ride packed with energy, mischief, and plenty of LOL moments. The differences between the lead pair and the circumstances that land the hero and his gang in trouble set the stage for a series of funny episodes. The film looks refreshing, especially compared to the violence-heavy films backed by the banner so far. Romanchakam hits the big screens on September 3.
