Malayalam’s latest blockbuster, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit (BKU), is showing no signs of slowing down at the box office. Released on August 1, 2026, the Girish AD directorial has turned into a major success, with its collections continuing to climb despite being well into its theatrical run.
According to the makers, the film has crossed Rs. 173.68 crore worldwide in 9 days. The second Saturday emerged as its biggest day yet, with a whopping Rs. 24.25 crore gross. Such momentum has made Bethlehem Kudumba Unit one of the most talked-about Malayalam successes of the season.
The film is now set for its Telugu release on September 4, 2026, raising curiosity over whether it can strike the same chord with Telugu audiences.
The cast includes Sangeeth Prathap, Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Meenakshi Raveendran and others, while Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran are the producers. Vishnu Vijay has composed the music.
