Ravi Teja’s Irumudi continues to surprise the trade with its strong box-office run. After opening to a blockbuster response, the film has now achieved another impressive milestone in the Nizam region, further strengthening its position at the ticket windows.
In just 10 days, Irumudi has reportedly crossed a Rs. 40 crore share in Nizam, with around Rs. 4.5 crore coming on Sunday alone. That makes it a remarkable feat for a regional film, especially without a major holiday advantage or ticket price hikes. Despite competition from new releases, Irumudi has held its ground and continues to rake in solid numbers, with the Rs. 200 crore worldwide mark now firmly in sight.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana and backed by Mythri Movie Makers, the emotional drama features Priya Bhavani Shankar, Sai Kumar and Baby Nakshatra in key roles. GV Prakash Kumar’s music has also added to the film’s appeal.
