It is a known fact that Nandamuri Balakrishna is doing a film called Ruler which is being directed by KS Ravi Kumar and produced by C Kalyan.
The latest we hear is that the film’s shoot has been wrapped up completely today. The post-production has already started and is on in full swing.
With this, the film is all set for a mega release on the 20th of December as Christmas special. Sonal Chauhan and Vedhika play the main female leads.
