Balakrishna’s much-talked-about action entertainer, Ruler, released last Friday amid high expectations. However, the film received underwhelming reviews and even the word of mouth among fans and audiences was pretty poor.
In its 3-day first weekend, Ruler collected a theatrical share of Rs 6.62 crore worldwide. These numbers are very disappointing considering the high costs involved. The film shows no signs of improvement during the weekdays and 3 buyers are staring at huge losses.
Below are Ruler’s first weekend worldwide collections:

Ceded | Rs 1.60 Cr |
Uttarandhra | Rs 0.45 Cr |
