Just after she shook a leg with Prabhas in a special song in Saaho, leading Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez is said to be on the verge of launching her own action franchise. Apparently, the actress has set up a production company and has teamed up with Madhu Manthena to develop an action series in which she will play the lead role.
For the last several years, Jacqueline made a name for herself as one of the most glamorous actresses in Bollywood, and she has been part of a select few action films like Race 3. After taking a short break from Hindi films, the actress flew to Los Angeles to undergo an acting workshop for one of her upcoming web series, and she even underwent training in handling guns and knives.
It might be a coincidence that Jacqueline is planning to launch an action franchise soon after Saaho, but there is no denying that big budget action films will find takers across the country. And Saaho could be a game changer in this context.
