Macho hero Gopichand and director Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s ‘Sahasam’ is getting ready for its theatrical release very soon. The film will release either on the 31st of this month or in the first week of June, as per the producers. The film’s teaser has been released today and the impressive quality has taken everyone by surprise. The film has the makings of an epic action adventure, with a hunt for treasure being the central theme. Check out the teaser here – Video

Tapsee is the heroine in this film and BVSN Prasad is the producer. Hero Gopichand has expressed his confidence over the film’s chances. “I have waited for a long time for a big break and I am expecting Sahasam to deliver it. We put in a lot of efforts for the film and we shot in very tough climatic conditions. Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s direction skills are just superb”, he said.

Speaking at the event, Chandrasekhar Yeleti said that a lot of effort went into getting the minute details right. “The film starts off in 1947 and ends up in the present day. We planned to shoot the movie in Pakistan, but due to practical difficulties, we shot in Ladakh. We put in a lot of effort to match the terrain and get the minor details right. We hope to deliver a never before seen experience on the big screen for Telugu films”, he said.
