Salaar was supposed to release on the 28th of this month on a mammoth scale. The film’s trailer was supposed to be released in the first week of September and as it did not come out, discussions started that the film has been postponed.
Though the makers did not announce officially that the film has been postponed, several other films like Rules Ranjann, Chandramukhi 2, Skanda, and MAD took its date and the makers of these films are going all out with their promotions.
For a few days, tentative release dates of the Prabhas starrer came out and some said that the film would be out by November or December. But now, the buzz regarding the release has died down as fans have understood that the makers are not going to announce anything big in the next few days.
Prashanth Neel is the director of the film and he is busy with the post-production of Salaar. Only when he wraps up things, a new release date will be announced. Shruthi Haasan plays the female lead in this film which will be released in two parts.
