While th Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh has hit box office gold, its director Sandeep Vanga finally spoke about all the criticism surrounding the film, finally giving rise to more criticism.
And actor Samantha Akkineni who has expressed admiration for the film in the past, has now shared that she is unhappy and ” deeply disturbed” by the director’s statement that slapping is an indication of love and that he showed it in the film for the same reason.
Saying that liking the film never translated to agreeing with what the lead character did, Samantha shared that she was impressed by the making of the film.
