Star actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s latest outing, Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar, is struggling big time at the box office. The mythological movie, which features Malayalam actor Dev Mohan in a lead role, has failed to entertain audiences.
By the end of the first weekend, Samantha’s Shaakuntalam had managed to rake in a mere $250K at the US box office. This is not an impressive number compared to the collections of her previous films, and we need to see how much more the film will make in the coming days.
Prominent roles in this movie were played by Mohan Babu, Allu Arha, Sachin Khedekar, Jisshu Sengupta, Madhoo, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, Prakash Raj, Gautami, Kabir Duhan Singh, and others. Neelima Guna produced the movie, which features Manisharma’s music.
