123telugu had earlier reported that star heroine Samantha will soon be acting in the remake of her favorite Kannada hit thriller, U Turn. The film will be remade in Telugu and Tamil. Both the versions will be directed by Pawan Kumar, who had helmed the Kannada original.
As per the latest updates, both the remakes will go on floors from February. Srinivasaa Silverscreens banner will produce the Telugu and Tamil versions. U Turn had Kannada actress Shraddha Srinath as the main lead. The film is a riveting murder mystery and the leading lady’s role has immense scope for performance.
