Sankranthiki Vasthunnam is a smash hit and has grossed over ₹100 crores at the box office. The success celebrations were held earlier today in Hyderabad.
Anil Ravipudi appeared a bit upset during the event, and at the end of his speech, he passionately stated that he knows only one way to make films through entertainment.
Anil emphasized that he doesn’t believe in creating slow, dull, or overly complex screenplays. “I only make films for entertainment, and that is how I have always made my movies. Even in the future, I will create films with simple moments that are clap-worthy,” said Anil.
His assertive remarks were directed at certain reviewers who labeled the film’s comedy as cringe-worthy. The criticism regarding the over-the-top humor and lack of a “proper” screenplay didn’t sit well with him, leading to this strong response to those who ridiculed the film upon its release.
