V.V. Gopalakrishna is the director. The movie is presented by star director Koratala Siva and produced by Krishna Kommalapati under the banner of Arunachala Creations.
The makers announced that the film will hit the big screens on May 3. A special glimpse was unveiled to reveal the release date, and it promises a rustic action drama. Producer Krishna Kommalapati said that Satyadev will reach another level with Krishnamma. He added that the audience would understand why the title is Krishnamma after watching the film.
Director V.V. Gopalakrishna said that they are showcasing the value of friendship in this film. Athira Raj acted opposite Satyadev. Laxman Meesala, Krishna, Archana, Raghu Kunche, and Nandagopal played key roles. Kaala Bhairava composed the tunes.
