This biographical drama has now created a new record in Tamil cinema for 2024. Amaran sold the highest number of tickets in a single hour on the Book My Show portal, surpassing Thalapathy Vijay’s The GOAT. Despite competing with Bloody Beggar and Brother in Tamil Nadu, Amaran achieved this solid feat.
The movie might hit another peak on BMS with the long weekend ahead. Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan, in association with R. Mahendran and Sony Pictures International Productions, produced this flick. GV Prakash Kumar composed the tunes. Rajkumar Periasamy of Rangoon fame directed this flick.
