Suspense thriller KA, starring Kiran Abbavaram, provided a huge sigh of relief for the hero after a series of flops. Released during Diwali 2024, the movie captivated audiences with its content and became Kiran Abbavaram’s career-biggest hit, with over Rs. 50 crores gross.
Directed by Sujeeth-Sandeep, the movie was produced by Chinta Gopala Krishna under the banner of Sri Chakras Entertainments. The makers are planning to make a sequel, but it appears that the second installment will be headlined by another hero.
Producer Chinta Gopala Krishna revealed that the sequel is likely to be released in 2027, with the same director duo. However, he added that the call regarding the protagonist will be taken by the directors, indicating a possibility of a different hero starring in the sequel.
Pre-production work has now started. The update has sparked discussions among audiences about Kiran Abbavaram’s continuation in the sequel. It remains to be seen if the story will be continued or if the makers will come up with a new plot.
