Presented by Mrs. Kondaru Srinivasa Rao under the Sri Kleemkara Celluloid banner, Aasmaan stars Meghamsh Srihari in the lead role and is directed by Ram Nandan. The film is produced by Kondaru Venkatesh and Mannem Srikanth. Aasmaan is being made in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Arabic, with Rayanch playing the female lead.
Marking the birth anniversary of late actor Srihari, the makers unveiled the film’s first look and motion poster on Saturday. The poster shows Meghamsh standing inside a giant palm with a torch in his hand. The forehead of the person to whom the palm belongs, along with a uniquely designed bindi, is also visible. Several people holding torches can be seen surrounding the palm, creating curiosity about the identity of the person and Meghamsh’s character in the film.
On the occasion Shanti Srihari said, “I thank the director and producers for coming forward to make Aasmaan with faith in Meghamsh. They are making him work tirelessly, day and night. Srihari garu also used to work with the same dedication. Artists should always work hard like that. I thank Ram Nandan for presenting Meghamsh so wonderfully. My thanks to everyone who is working on this film. As a mother, I sincerely wish that Aasmaan brings Meghamsh a great success. I still see Meghamsh as a little boy, but after seeing the poster today, I felt as though I was looking at a lion. Shashank is also very caring towards Meghamsh. I thank the media and producers for supporting us throughout this journey.”
Hero Meghamsh Srihari said, “I thank the producers for giving me the opportunity to be part of Aasmaan. Working with Ram has been a great experience. There was always a festive atmosphere on the sets. Rayanch is playing the female lead in our film. Prashanth R Vihari’s BGM is going to be fantastic. I will speak about the rest of the details during our upcoming promotional activities.”
