Manamey is a romantic comedy drama that marks the first collaboration between Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty, directed by Sriram Adittya. Despite its decent box office performance, Manamey remained without an OTT deal for nearly eight months after its theatrical release – an unusual scenario in today’s industry. Fans who had been eagerly waiting for its digital debut can now rejoice, as the makers have officially confirmed its OTT release.
People Media Factory has announced that Amazon Prime Video has acquired the streaming rights for Manamey, and the film will soon be available on the platform. While an official release date is yet to be revealed, the movie is expected to premiere within the next one or two weeks.
The film also features Ayesha Khan, Raj Kandukuri, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Ramakrishna, Rahul Ravindran, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, and Sachin Khedekar in key roles. TG Vishwa Prasad has produced the movie, with music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
