Vedha marks the 125th film for Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar. The film was released in December 2022 in Kannada. Now the movie is slated for a grand release in Telugu on February 9, 2023. Today, the pre-release event was conducted in Hyderabad, and Balakrishna was the chief guest.

At the event, Shiva Rajkumar said he was so happy to be associated with Balakrishna’s 100th film and added that he wanted to do a big movie with Balayya. The Kannada actor said that their family and Balayya’s family share a very good bonding. Shiva Rajkumar wished for a speedy recovery of Tarakaratna.

The actor requested the audience to encourage Vedha and added that the film would impress all sections of the audience. The film has entertainment as well as a good message, said Shiva Rajkumar. The actor said there would be a simultaneous release from his next movie in all languages.

Shiva Rajkumar became a bit emotional after seeing the AV of Puneet Rajkumar and expressed his love for the actor. Vedha stars Ganavi Laxman Umashri, Aditi Sagar, Shwetha Chengappa, and others in prominent roles. It is bankrolled by Geeta Pictures and Zee Studios together. Arjun Janya provided the music for this movie.
