Actor Shivaji is making his OTT debut with the web series 90’s. It comes with the tagline “Middle-Class Biopic.” The show’s teaser was launched digitally by Victory Venkatesh today, and it truly justifies its tagline.
The teaser showcases the world of Chandra Sekhar, a middle-class parent, in a neat manner. Sekhar’s wife, played by Tholiprema fame Vasuki Anand, keeps reminding him about the monthly household expenses, which is very relatable. Also, she is very concerned about her daughter’s safety, who attains puberty.
Famous YouTuber Mouli plays Shivaji’s son, who is pressurized by his school management to achieve state first rank. The teaser is filled with ample fun and relatable moments, and it looks like ETV Win has a winner in their hands. Shivaji, Vasuki, and Mouli are pretty good in their respective roles.
Written and directed by Aditya Haasan, the series also stars Vasanthika, Rohan, and Snehal Kamat in key roles. Naveen Medaram and Rajasekhar Medaram are producing the series under the banners of Amogha Arts and MNO Productions. Suresh Bobbili is composing the music. The series will premiere on ETV Win on January 5, 2024
