In a shocking update that has left millions of fans and well-wishers in the film industry, Kollywood star Suriya has revealed that he has tested positive for Novel Coronavirus. Suriya took to Twitter on Sunday night and made the shocking revelation himself.
In a tweet penned in Tamil, Suriya said that he has been diagnosed with Corona and that he is recovering well. “We will all realize that life has not yet returned to normal. Can’t be paralyzed with fear. At the same time, safety and attention are essential. Love and thanks to the dedicated supportive physicians,” Suriya tweeted. Soon, get well soon messages started pouring in for the star hero from fans and colleagues.
On the film front, Suriya recently delivered one of his career’s best performances in the acclaimed semi-biopic, Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra (Soorarai Pottru in Tamil). He will commence his next project under Pandiraj’s direction as soon as he recovers.
