In a surprising scenario, Diwali 2023 is packed with dubbed films at the Tollywood box office. Not even a single noted Telugu film is releasing this Diwali season, which is quite shocking. Over the years, we have seen multiple Telugu films releasing for Diwali, but that isn’t the case this year.
Panja Vaisshnav Tej’s Aadikeshava was the only noted film scheduled for Diwali 2023 release, but the action entertainer has now been moved to a later date. Aadikeshava’s makers felt that the Diwali release wasn’t a great choice since the entire nation is gripped with ODI Worldcup fever.
This has, in one way, turned into a boon for Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, Karthi’s Japan, and Lawrence’s Jigarthanda Double X to earn solid bucks in Telugu states. These three films have good hype in Telugu, and we need to see which movie would make cash in on the opportunity.
