Shruti Haasan, who’ll soon be seen in Nikhil Advani’s D-Day, is earning a lot of rave reviews for her performance in the film. Arjun Rampal, Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan and Huma Qureshi have played the lead roles in this film and Shruti Haasan will be seen in a crucial role.
Shruti Haasan plays the role of a Karachi based prostitute who falls in love with the hero and although, her role is short lived, buzz is that she will leave a long lasting impression. After watching the film’s premiere recently in Mumbai, celebrities have been going gaga over the film and Shruti Haasan earned plenty of brownie points for her role.
The film is slated for release on July 19, along with Prabhu Deva’s Ramaiyya Vastavayya in which Shruti Haasan is playing the lead role opposite Girish Kumar.
