Dhanush is a terrific actor in India. He was awarded the National Best Actor Award not once but twice for Aadukalam and Asuran. The actor’s latest Tamil-Telugu bilingual Vaathi/SIR is doing splendid business at the box office.
The movie till now has collected more than 175000$ (Both Telugu and Tamil versions together) in the USA region till yesterday. The film is now on track to join the half-million-dollar club in the long run and is set to become the highest-grosser for Dhanush in this area.
Thiruchitrambalam is now the highest earner for Dhanush in this region with a gross of 458K$. With no notable releases in the upcoming week, the movie is expected to surpass the 500K$ mark soon. Venky Atluri directed this social drama which was produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya.
