Dhanush’s following isn’t just limited to Tamilnadu. The actor has got a massive fan base in other regions as well. Especially Dhanush has a huge craze among Telugu audiences, and his Telugu-Tamil bilingual film SIR/Vaathi opened to good occupancies today.
The promotions also played a key role. But the more surprising aspect is that the film’s Telugu version took the lead in the USA premieres by grossing 37697$. The Tamil version’s gross currently stands at 14780$.
The Telugu audience is the best in encouraging good films, which is once again proved by the openings of SIR. Venky Atluri directed this social drama which has Samyukta Menon as the female lead. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya produced the film.
