Kanguva, directed by Siruthai Siva, is hitting the big screens tomorrow. The director is known for his masala entertainers, but he attempted a massive project like Kanguva for the first time in his career. It can well be a game-changing film for the director if the content clicks.
Siruthai Siva looks pretty confident about the output. In a recent interview, he revealed that he has plans to make a few other big-scale projects in the near future. He said, “I have five to six scripts like Kanguva, which are out-of-the-box concepts. They belong to different genres and have interesting backdrops. God-willing, I will do them.”
If Kanguva works well in all languages, it will pave the way for Siruthai Siva to collaborate with other industry actors. Producer K.E. Gnanavel Raja is confident that Kanguva will collect Rs. 1000 crores, and if this happens, Siruthai Siva will become a hotshot director. Let’s see if that happens.
