Siva Karthikeyan, who had back-to-back 100 crore grossers with Doctor and Don, tasted failure with his last outing Prince. He will next feature in the film Maaveeran directed by the National Award winner Madonne Ashwin. The Telugu version is titled Mahaveerudu.
Today the makers took to social media to announce that the film will release in theatres on 11th August 2023. This means that the movie will be clashing with Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal at the ticket windows. Aditi Shankar is playing the female lead in this flick.
Maaveeran is produced by Arun Viswa under Shanthi Talkies. Bharath Sankar is composing the tunes, and the first single released amused the musicophiles. Telugu comedian and actor Sunil, famous Tamil director Mysskin, and Yogi Babu are playing important roles.
