Skanda is a film that everyone was waiting eagerly for as Boyapati Sreenu had teamed up with Ram Pothineni for the first time. The film was made on a high budget and was released on September 28, 2023.
Well, the film opened on a solid note and made 8.62 crores on day one of its release which was the highest in Ram’s career. The second-day collections of the film are out and Skanda has made close to 4.3 crores share in Telugu states.
With this, the total collections of the film have crossed the 12 crore mark. The weekend collections of the film need to be steady otherwise the film will face a tough time at the box office.
The biggest advantage is that there is a long weekend as October 2nd is a public holiday. Thaman composed the music for this film which had Sreeleela and Saiee Manjrekar as the heroines.
