Young actors Yuva Chandraa Krishna and Ananya Nagalla’s gritty rural drama, Pottel, created quite a buzz when its theatrical trailer was unveiled a few weeks ago. Talented young composer Shekar Chandra’s chartbuster audio album also added to the positive vibes surrounding the film.
This morning, on the occasion of India’s 78th Independence Day, Pottel makers announced that their film will be released during the upcoming Dasara festive season. The exact date of release will be announced soon. Several big-budget movies featuring top stars from Telugu and Tamil have sealed a Dasara release, and needless to say, this is a big gamble by the makers of Pottel. This shows the confidence of Pottel makers in their film.
Pottel is being directed by Sahit Mothkhuri and produced under the NISA Entertainments and Pragnya Sannidhi Creations banners by Nishank Reddy Kudithi and Suresh Kumar Sadige, respectively.
