According to BookMyShow, Sardar 2 sold 37.86K tickets in the last 24 hours, while Mandaadi recorded a staggering 300.53K ticket sales. That means Mandaadi sold 7.94 times as many tickets as Sardar 2, highlighting the massive difference in their current booking trends. A similar scenario was witnessed on day 2 as well.
The numbers paint a clear picture of Sardar 2’s underwhelming performance so far, but the crucial Monday test will offer a better indication of the film’s theatrical prospects. Meanwhile, Mandaadi continues to sail strong, with the Vinayaka Chavithi holiday potentially working in its favour and helping the film record stronger footfalls.
