Looking back at their journey from Dasara to their upcoming film The Paradise, Srikanth said Nani’s constant words, “Ni istam Srikanth,” go far beyond a casual approval. For him, it represents unwavering trust that empowers him, yet reminds him of the responsibility to deliver something exceptional.
He also revealed that he pushed Nani beyond his usual professional routines, from changing his disciplined work style and experimenting with braids and tattoos, to breaking his release date streak and even making him wear a slur as tattoo on his hand.
Yet, Nani’s answer never changed. It was always a reassuring “Ok ra ni istam.” Srikanth admitted that this belief drives him every single day, pushing him to give it his all for the project. He ended the note with gratitude, crediting Nani for shaping his career and saying he would remain forever thankful.
