Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has been away from the big screen for three years since Dunki was released. His new movie, King, is arriving this year, and expectations among his fans are quite high. Today, the makers dropped a new poster.
It is not just a new poster but also a statement to put an end to the negative rumours surrounding the movie. The makers reaffirmed that King will arrive in cinemas on December 24, 2026. With Avengers: Doomsday and Dune 3 also releasing around the same time, it remains to be seen how King performs at the box office.
The makers haven’t revealed much about the film yet, but reports suggest that a new glimpse will be released on November 2, 2026, on the occasion of SRK’s birthday.
Siddharth Anand, who directed Pathaan, is helming this film. Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures are backing the project. Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jackie Shroff and Arshad Warsi play key roles.
