After Mahesh Babu, Sudheer Babu is the most popular star from the Ghattamaneni family. Ever since the beginning of his career, Sudheer has been supported by the Ghattamaneni fans irrespective of hits and flops.
After scoring a blockbuster with Prema Katha Chitram in the early stages of his career, Sudheer took a few wrong steps before eventually finding his ground and delivering straight hits by making wise script choices, including the youthful hit Krishnamma Kalipindi Iddarini.
In the process, Sudheer got noticed by creative directors such as Indraganti Mohanakrishna and Chandrasekhar Yeleti. Sudheer even teamed up with Mohanakrishna and their film, Sammohanam, was critically acclaimed and earned him popularity among family audiences. Mohanakrishna has again cast Sudheer in Nani’s V.
Last year, Sudheer launched his production house, Sudheer Babu Productions, and produced Nannu Dochukunduvate. On the other hand, Sudheer had made a mark in Bollywood with Bhaaghi. He is also getting offers from the Hindi film industry and badminton champ Pullela Gopichand biopic is the first in the line. Now that Sudheer has changed tracks, it will be interesting to see the kind of projects he will be coming up with from now on.
