By now, it’s well-known that 1 Nenokkadine duo, Mahesh Babu and Sukumar, is going to team up once again for a high-budgeted entertainer. The project will take off in 2019.
Initially, Sukumar had narrated Mahesh a period story set in the Razakar era in 1940s. However, Mahesh reportedly declined the story, since he felt that there will be an ‘overdose’ of period dramas next year, considering the fact that Chiru’s Sye Raa and Prabhas20 are period flicks. Also, Mahesh wasn’t too keen on going for a complete makeover, which is otherwise required for a period drama.
In this scenario, Sukumar has reportedly kept the period drama aside and has begun working on a new story for Mahesh. The actor-director are constantly in touch with each other and are determined to come up with a solid script this time around.
