Star actor Dulquer Salmaan’s latest outing Sita Ramam is doing well at the ticket windows. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the flick has Mrunal Thakur as the female lead. Rashmika Mandanna played a pivotal role in this movie.
The movie has been gaining positive reviews since its release. Not only in India but also overseas. The latest US collections are the proof. The film has collected over $400K to date and by the end of the weekend, it will mint around 500K. Meanwhile, Sita Ramam becomes the highest day-1 grosser at the US box office in the last 50 days. If the movie runs like this, $1 million is a cakewalk for Sita Ramam.
Mrunal Thakur made a grand Tollywood debut with this movie, which also has Prakash Raj, Bhumika, Sumanth, Tharun Bhascker, Vennela Kishore and others in key roles. Produced by Swapna Cinema, the film has Vishal Chandrashekar’s music.
