Kollywood star Suriya shocked his fans and well-wishers a couple of weeks ago when he revealed that he had tested positive for Novel Coronavirus. Suriya underwent treatment and recovered quickly. Last week, Suriya’s brother Karthi took to Twitter and tweeted that his Anna has returned home and that he will be back in action soon.
And much to everyone’s relief, Suriya’s close aide and Kollywood producer Rajashekar Pandian revealed yesterday that Suriya has finally tested negative for COVID-19. He also said that Suriya will kick-start his much-talked-about 40th film under Pandiraj’s direction very soon. This exciting project was launched earlier this week and top production house Sun Pictures will bankroll it.
