Hero Suriya is going through a lean phase of his career, with most of his movies bombing at the box-office. However, this didn’t stop Suriya from signing a handful of exciting projects. His 38th film, Soorarai Pottru, is one such much-awaited film which is being directed by Saala Khadoos fame Sudha Kongara.
As per the latest updates, Soorarai Pottru’s shoot has been wrapped up earlier today. The film is said to be a Christmas release. But the makers are yet to come up with an official announcement regarding the film’s release date. Soorarai Pottru is based on Air Deccan Captain Gopinath, who revolutionized the aviation industry.
Suriya’s production house 2D Entertainment is producing the movie in association with Oscar-winning Bollywood producer Guneet Monga.
