For a long time, theatres in Tamil Nadu have been screening shows only from 9 AM, and not before that. The government cancelled early morning shows due to security concerns after a fan unfortunately lost his life during the Thunivu vs Varisu clash.

The latest buzz in Kollywood circles suggests that the early morning shows tradition could be revived with Suriya’s Scene in Tamil Nadu. If that happens, the lost glory could return to Tamil cinema, hugely benefiting big-ticket films.

Nazriya Fahadh plays the female lead, while Naslen essays the role of the antagonist. The big-ticket entertainer is jointly produced by Suriya, Jithu Madhavan, and Zhagaram Studios. Sushin Shyam is composing the music. Scene releases on November 6.
