It is a known fact that Tamil star, Dhanush’s 40th film is being directed by acclaimed Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj. Touted as a gangster thriller, the film is titled as Jagame Thandhriram and had its major portion shot in London.
Meanwhile, for the past few months, a lot of discussions are going on regarding the film’s release on the OTT medium. Though the makers have condemned the news, once again buzz has been circulating that the film will skip its theatrical release and opt for a digital release in the month of August.
The film also has young Tamil actress Aishwarya Lekshmi and veteran Hollywood actor James Cosmo of Game of Thrones and Braveheart fame in key roles. GA2 and UV Creations bagged the Telugu rights of the film.
