After delivering a massive hit with DJ Tillu, writer-director Vimal Krishna is coming up with yet another unconventional entertainer. This time, he teamed up with promising young actor Rag Mayur for Anumana Pakshi, a comedy flick being produced under the Chilaka Productions banner by Rajiv Chilaka, Rajesh Jagtiani, and Hirachand Dand. Merin Philip stars as the female lead opposite Rag Mayur.
The film’s first single Gulab Jam crooned by Ramana Gogula, has received a good response. Today, the makers have revealed the teaser, and it promises a fun ride with an interesting characterization for the protagonist. Rag Mayur has a habit of suspecting everyone around him, including his parents and girlfriend. His behaviour triggers a series of chaotic, bizarre, and interesting events.
The promotional asset makes it clear that Anumana Pakshi is devoid of conventional formulas and stands out with its distinctive and fresh approach. Vimal Krishna’s signature flair for crafting unconventional comedy is evident in the teaser. Rag Mayur performs exactly according to the director’s vision as a chronically suspicious person. His comic timing adds significant value to the teaser’s appeal. Merin Philip looks charming as the female lead. Prince Cecil, Raasi, Ajay, Anannayaa, Charith, Brahmaji, and Mast Ali are also part of the movie.
Cinematographer Sunil Kumar Nama lends the film a distinctive visual identity, while Sri Charan Pakala’s energetic and refreshing score amplifies the fun quotient. The film is slated for release on July 10.
