Tamil hero Vishal’s Ayogya, the official remake of NTR’s Temper, was supposed to hit screens yesterday (May 10). However, last minute financial glitches resulted in a no show across Tamil Nadu. But, the makers managed to resolve all the issues last night and the film has finally opened in cinemas this morning.

Ayogya received a decent response from Vishal’s fans. On the other hand, critics’ response for this action drama based on the burning social issue of women abuse will be out in a few hours. Ayogya is a faithful remake of Temper. Incidentally, the film’s Hindi version, Simmba, released last year and went on to become a huge blockbuster.

Senior Tamil actor Parthiepan reprised Prakash Raj’s role and Raashi Khanna played Vishal’s love interest in Ayogya. The film is directed by debutant Venkat Mohan and is produced by B Madhu.
