Before the release of The Kashmir Files hardly there was any buzz about the film. Most of the people were not actually aware of it as well. After its release, the film created a rage across the entire nation starting from North to down South. Starting from a 3 crore opening it went to amass a 250 crore nett in its life time.
This never happened for any film in the Hindi industry. Now the news is that the film’s Telugu version will be having its world television premiere on 28th August at 12 PM on the Zee Telugu channel. The film is based on the struggle and pain undergone by the Kashmiri Pandit Community during an exodus in the 1990s.
The film is written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. It stars Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborthy, Darshan Kumar, and Pallavi Joshi in the main roles. The film is produced by Zee Studios in association with Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi, and Vivek Agnihotri.
