The merchandise drew backlash online, particularly over a Rs. 25,000 price tag. Filmydice, the film’s official merchandise partner, has now issued an apology for sharing promotional content without prior approval from The Paradise team.

In its statement, Filmydice took full responsibility for the mistake and clarified that the film’s team had no prior knowledge or involvement in the activity. The company said the content has been removed and assured that steps are being taken to avoid similar issues in the future.

The Paradise, backed by SLV Cinemas, stars Nani, Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Sampoornesh Babu, Tanikella Bharani and others. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the pan-Indian film. It’s currently scheduled to release on September 24, 2026.
