The interval scene of Nani’s The Paradise met with criticism, as the sequence showed a character (played by Sai Kiran) getting hit by a bullet, but returning yet again in the second half as if nothing had happened. Audiences thought the character had died, but they were surprised to see him in the latter half.
During the media mulakat held today, Sai Kiran explained the logic. “My character was hit by a bullet during the interval, but nowhere it is shown that I am dead. I just fell down. None observed properly, but I wear a bandage in the second half near the area I was shot. Watch the film again and send me the pics of that bandage,” said the actor.
The clarification from the team has once again stirred discussions. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the movie also stars Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni, Raghav Juyal, and Kayadu Lohar in crucial roles. Anirudh composed the tunes.
