It is a special experience for fans to watch their favourite hero’s film alongside him in a theatre, and Nani too wanted to share that moment with the audience. Ahead of The Paradise’s premiere tonight, he requested permission to attend a show at an RTC X Roads theatre in Hyderabad.
“I would love to visit a theatre at RTC X Roads for The Paradise premiere show and experience the film with our audience,” Nani wrote in his request to the Telangana authorities.
The request was acknowledged by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who asked Nani to submit an official application to the concerned local police station so that the crowd and security arrangements could be assessed.
The CM also pointed out that Ganesh idol immersions are underway, with RTC X Roads expected to witness significant crowds and traffic. He said the Hyderabad City Police would need to assess whether adequate personnel could be deployed, particularly in view of a previous stampede incident in the area.
Nani subsequently assured the authorities that the team would “respect and abide by the final decision of the police department,” adding that they would skip the visit if there were any safety or crowd-management concerns.
With the premiere shows scheduled from 9:30 PM onwards across the Telugu states, all eyes are now on The Paradise as the film finally reaches audiences tonight.
