Generally, when a biggie receives outright negative talk, it will more often see a complete crash at the box office from the second day. However, Nani’s The Paradise managed to avoid that scenario.
According to trade reports, the movie collected over Rs. 20 crores gross worldwide on its second day, which was a non-holiday. Nani has built a solid reputation over the years with each of his films, and that is now getting reflected.
The hold was solid in the Nizam region, and the film is set to post decent numbers over the weekend too in Telugu states. Better talk would have helped the movie achieve wonders, and surely it’s a missed opportunity by Srikanth Odela.
