Nani’s The Paradise has completed its first extended weekend at the box office, with the film putting up an impressive show in the Nizam region. The film has collected around Rs. 27.5 crore share in Nizam in its first weekend, despite receiving mixed talk, with the response largely leaning towards the negative side.
On the final day (Sunday) of the extended weekend, The Paradise added Rs. 4.7 crore share in Nizam, excluding GST. The strong first-weekend total is particularly notable considering the talk surrounding the film and shows that the audience response at the box office has remained stronger than the overall reception.
Globally, the film has crossed the Rs. 136 crore mark in worldwide gross in 3 days, while its North American gross has also moved past the $2 million mark. With this run, The Paradise has emerged as Nani’s highest-grossing film.
However, the real test begins today. With the extended weekend over, the film’s weekday performance will be closely watched by the trade, especially in Nizam. The coming days will reveal whether the film can sustain the momentum it has built during its opening weekend.
